Off-season workouts will begin the week of January 25th in the Auxillary Gym at Parkland High School on Wednesday nights from 5:15pm - 7:15pm. For now, we are scheduled to hold them until March 3rd. These workouts are open to any boy currently in grades 9-12 who are interested in volleyball and/or want to try out for the team this year.
The protocol for these workouts will be:
Parkland’s Free Spring Sports physicals will be held on Saturday, February 20 at the High School Auxiliary Gym, time slots offered 8am to 11:30am. Appointments will be offered every 15 minutes. Please have your PIAA physical form filled out and ready when you come for your physical appointment. Available on the www.parklandsd.org website under departments, forms.

This information is also on our athletic webpage. Students can do this at home on their Chromebooks.
If a student has had a PIAA physical done for this school year 20-21 (Fall or Winter sport) they only need to have a recert, PIAA section 7 completed and turned in to the athletic office. This form is also online, www.parklandsd.org website under departments, forms (found on the right-hand side of the main page).
