The Big Ten Network has announced it will broadcast the March 21 Penn State men’s volleyball match live. Action is set for 4 p.m. in Penn State’s Rec Hall between the Nittany Lions and Ohio State. Please note the date and time change as the match was originally scheduled for March 19, 2010. This will be the first men’s volleyball match ever to be broadcast on the Big Ten Network.

 

The Nittany Lions are currently the only conference school to have any of its men’s volleyball matches streamed live on BigTenNetwork.com. Penn State will have five matches streamed live on the network’s website.

The Intramural schedule is now available on the calendar.  They will begin the first Thursday in October (10/8) and will stop at the end of February. They will be held every Tuesday and Thursday (unless school is closed or early dismissal days) at Kernsville Elementary School from 3:30pm - 5:30pm.  All boys grades 9-12 who are interested in playing volleyball are invited to participate.  Transportation will be available to get participants to Kernsville but a ride home will be needed.  More information will be posted ASAP.
